Client Service Agreement
This Master Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between LITW Services LLC ("Company") and the entity or individual purchasing services ("Client"). By initiating a purchase or signing a Work Order, Client agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Scope of Professional Services
Company agrees to provide tactical marketing deliverables as specified in the Investment Tiers or a specific Work Order. All services are provided as Work for Hire consulting. Company does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, lead volumes, or market performance, as these are subject to external market variables.

Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any tactical service. Payments are processed via secure PCI-compliant gateways.
*Delivery Method
Deliverables (PDF reports, vector assets, copywriting files, etc.) will be transmitted to the Client via secure email or digital download link within the 24-72 hour window specified for the chosen service tier.
Finality of Sale & Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the immediate allocation of professional expert hours and the bespoke nature of digital marketing assets, LITW Services LLC does not offer refunds once project initiation has commenced. Project initiation is defined as the point at which the Company begins the Discovery Phase or Strategic Audit for the Client.
If a Client wishes to cancel a service prior to initiation, a written request must be sent to lawrencerose0405@gmail.com within two (2) hours of the transaction.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final delivery and full payment, Company grants Client a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use the deliverables for corporate purposes. All preliminary drafts, proprietary audit frameworks, and internal strategy methodologies remain the sole property of LITW Services LLC.
Communication Protocols
Client consents to receive administrative and tactical updates via the email and phone number provided during the onboarding process. SMS communications are subject to our Compliance Policy and A2P 10DLC regulations.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LITW Services LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our consulting deliverables. Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client for the specific service in question.
Governing Law & Arbitration
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved through internal mediation shall be settled through binding arbitration in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
